Many of us are using the smart phones. Do we all know, how our our smart phones really works? What are parts fit to make a smart phone? 

A smartphone  consists of  the following :

1. Display
2. Processor
3. RAM (Random Access Memory)
4. Software (Operating System) and
5. Battery

Lets begin from the first topic....

Display

Display is consist of many pixels and an individual pixel is consist of three small light bulb(Red,Blue,Green).These three colors adjust their brightness and show your display colorful presenting on the smartphone .

Lets,take an example to make yellow color on your smart phone. The formation of   green and blue will glow bright and give yellow color. It is same as water color, if you add blue color into green you will get an output of yellow color.

 These pixels adjust themselves and make a fully working display.  But one thing is still left "Who control the pixels?"  well if you think pixels are directly controlled by main processor .Then you are  in a wrong track. The pixels are controlled by a very small processor which is build with the display where  display processor is connected to the main board of the smartphone with a very thin wires and then  connected to main processor.

CPU

 You all know  about processors that it speed up the smart phone but you are oblivious about the fact "Why the processor heats up  when you use it for a long time?"

Processor are build with mainly silicon, gold and germanium .They are build with nano technology, they have many wires which are very thin and have a high resistance.When the too much current is passed through a very thin wire, the resistance of the element of the processor heat's up.

GPU

Many of you have a question that what is  CPU and GPU  and what it's  difference?
CPU stand for central processing unit.It mean, it processes all the part device and GPU stand for graphical processing unit and it processes all the graphics.
All the work of graphics are done through GPU and all the processing is done through CPU.

lets take an example in a class there are two students one name CPU and other name GPU. now CPU know everything and do all addition,subtraction,multiplication,division CPU can do everything but take time but GPU he only knows multiplication but he is much more faster than CPU in only multiplication not in others and CPU can do only multiplication with very less time
you can compare multiplication with graphics.

RAM (Random Access Memory)

You all are familiar with the word RAM. RAM stands for Random Access Memory. It is the fastest Memory present in your smartphone .They are build with different technics and are getting faster day by day. Their sped are as follow

DDR     =  1.6  -  3.2     GB/S

DDR 2  =  3.2  -  8         GB/S

DDR 3  =  6.4  -  12.8    GB/S

DDR 4  =  19.2  -  35.2  GB/S

RAM communicate with processor with very high speed, this is much fast .This mean you will get very high speed  and smoother experience in DDR 4 RAM compare to DDR.  The perfect example is iPhone which usees latest RAM Technology and  their RAM performance is  very different because of their RAM Technology. you can say hat 2 GB iPhone is equals to 8 GB Android.As android phone company do not give best Quality to reduce their phones cost and This is one of the reason why most of Android smartphone are cheaper and iPhone's are very costly.
So, if your phone have 2 GB RAM of good quality than you can beat a smartphone of 8 GB RAM.

Quality Matter Not Quantity

Software

The software in a smartphone give the compatibility to do work,to understand our action and give perfect reaction of our action on the screen.

Many of the smartphone company use Android as their Operating System and AS Android is Linux Based Operating System .So ,it is open source. As android is an open source some company take the source code and make some Advancement according to their specific hardware eg. (samsung, Redmi, realme) These company put their user interface(UI).To make their product different from others.

Ultimately all the android smartphone use Android Operating System. They do not Build their own operating system But it is not in case of iPhone.

Apple company do not use Android as its operating system which is (IOS).apple company make a software for each of their model new iPhone new software and fully customized to their hardware which create best combination of hardware and software and give the best output.

As the company make new software they have to spend lot of money in making and testing the software and ,this is one of the reason why apple product are costly.

IOS is more secure and efficient than android android is not much secure it can easily be hacked by a hacker but iPhone are difficult to hack compare to Android but they also can be hacked if the user use the iPhone carelessly.

"Why not all smartphone company use IOS a it operating system as it is very secure and efficient?"

As IOs is not open source so no one can use this operating system without permission of the company And apple do not allow to use their operating system.

And the last topic is

Battery

Battery are generally requires for power supply. Which can provide power to run the smart phone and battery has certain capacity, it's decide for how long your smart phone works and it has certain condition.

 Like,if you have 3500 mAh then your smartphone will work less than battery having 6000mAh.
